 OUR WORK

On the ground conservation, protecting wildlife and wilderness in British Columbia. We advocate for a science-based and ethical approach to wildlife management. Our work is built on four pillars: research, coexistence, fieldwork, and community engagement.

Four Pillars

Echo Conservation Research

RESEARCH

We fund research related to our initiatives and offer field support (specializing in tracking and camera trapping). By supporting research efforts, we aim to help advance conservation measures throughout the province.

Echo Conservation Coexistence

COEXISTENCE

We promote coexisting with wildlife using the best available science. As people increasingly encroach on wildlife habitat, coexistence offers a solution to human-wildlife conflict.

Echo Conservation Fieldwork

FIELDWORK

We use an on-the-ground approach to shed light on issues facing wildlife and wilderness. This includes but is not limited to documenting species through remote trail cameras and tracking,

Echo Conservation Community Engagement

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We use reports, social media, presentations and events to educate and inspire people to take action for conservation in British Columbia.
